Getting back to exercising and healthier eating
I have to get back to exercising and healthier eating. I have a lot more weight to lose and I know it will make me feel so much better. I look forward to those days when I don't have to shop in the women's or plus size sections of the store. I can't believe how hard it has been to stay on track this summer. I can do it and I just need to stick with it. I know I have a lot of support out there with friends and family. I just have to have the will power to do it myself. I will be doing my best and posting my menus of what I eat daily and the exercise I get. I need to stop drinking as much pop and stay with my water intake. I look forward to sharing my weight loss story with everyone.
